health benefits of Qigong. It gives a good overview of what you can
expect, including:
1.
Practicing Qigong reduces stress, stores up energy, increases body awareness,
and improves balance and coordination.
2. Practitioners report less tension, depression, anger, fatigue, confusion
and anxiety.
3. Qigong may increase the number of T lymphocytes, or T-Cells, which
help the immune system destroy bacteria and tumor cells.
4. Qigong reduces the risk of injury caused by falling, the sixth leading
cause of death in older Americans.
5. Less aches and pains, lower blood pressure, larger lung capacity and
oxygen intake, relief from insomnia, asthma, arthritis...
