The new book
Sunset Tai Chi is now available online, on Amazon and from YMAA.com. Ask for it at your local library or bookstore. David co-wrote the book with Ramel Rones, who has been a pioneer bridging the eastern arts and western medical community through many NIH studies of the health benefits of qigong and tai chi.

Sunset Tai Chi focuses on the relaxation aspects of the practice. It teaches a short tai chi form, along with basic meditation and qigong. Sunset tai chi has been used in a study at Tufts Medical Center to demonstrate the benefit of tai chi for healing. The findings were published in the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine, and reported in the NY Times and on CNN.

The book Sunrise Tai Chi won the 2009 Silver medal in the meditation/relaxation category of the Independent Publishers Living Now Book Awards. You can read more on the articles page.

David and Ocean worked on the creation of a new series of instructional
DVDs, featuring Master Zhou, Xuan-Yun, who is a Daoist monk from
Wudang Mountain in China. The Wudang arts have never been presented in English,
and this series will make the benefits of Wudang Taiji and Kung Fu widely available.

Produced and directed by David, these DVDs are getting popular quickly.
